We offer a website support / maintenance service. The monthly service fee provides the peace of mind that someone is monitoring and seeing to the technical health of the site.

Adhoc Support – £70 per hour (minimum fee £35)
Package 1 is one hour support / maintenance for £70+vat per month (discounted to £800+vat per year).
The support covers up to 1 hours work per month: – Trouble-shooting – Hand-holding (telephone support) – Monthly site backup – General site maintenance – Core and plugin updates – if required or recommended for security purposes.
Package 2 is two hours support / maintenance for £140+vat per month (discounted to £1,600+vat per year).
The support covers up to two hours work per month to include: – Trouble-shooting – Hand-holding (telephone support) – General site maintenance – tweaks to the theme / layout or additional customisation; – Weekly site backup – Core and plugin updates – if required or recommended for security purposes.
This service is billed monthly in advance but we offer a discount if you opt for our annual package. Please note that unused support time does not carry over to following months.
