The short answer… No. The long answer… No, Never.

We do not pitch for work as there is no guarantee that we will get paid for our time, experience, and expertise.

As a business there is no benefit to us to work this way. We believe that working this way is a tired and improper custom from within the creative industry as a whole.

You don’t work for free and neither do we.

It is company policy that we do not provide our working files to customers or third party companies.

If this was something you would like, it would need to be agreed prior to any commencement to work and any additional costs paid for.

WordPress is Content Management System (CMS), web software that we use to develop our websites.

Category: FAQs

We’ve been developing our websites in WordPress since 2005. Ask us about our customised WordPress admin areas.

Category: FAQs

Yes you could, but you might not want to.

WordPress is an amazing platform for creating websites. The problem here is that when people say that it’s easy to create a website with WordPress, they really mean that it’s easy for people who know how to code… not necessarily for everybody. Also, we would be creating you a bespoke site, we wouldn’t be using a template that hundreds if not thousands of other people are using.

After we meet and discuss what is needed, we’ll provide you with a website that fulfills all your needs to your specific requests. We’ll create a customised admin area tailored to you that will make inputting your site content easy and quick.

We deal with many printers, each having their own skill sets. Over the years we have got to know which printer is best for each job. We are able to manage the project from design through to delivery of the printed document.

Category: FAQs

This varies depending on the complexity of the job, but we always like to allow 10 working days from release of artwork to the delivery of print.

Category: FAQs

We generally don’t like to. We are a design firm not a print-shop. However, we would be happy to redesign/artwork the job properly if required.

Logos are designed typically on a quote basis. There are people out there who will design a logo for a £100, but a word of warning, the difference in quality is instantly recognisable.

The price of a logo design project varies on the scope of the work entailed.

If you’re interested in having us work on a new logo design for you, get in touch and we will send you a questionnaire that will help us determine a price estimate for your project.

Category: FAQs

As stated in our terms and conditions, each project is quoted with a maximum of 3 rounds of changes, (A, B and C). Any changes after round C are charged at our hourly rate.

Each of our websites are built to our customers requirements so the prices vary with the scope of the work involved.

We pride ourselves on being WordPress developers since 2005, and we build our bespoke websites exclusively on the WordPress platform without using themes.

We build our eCommerce websites using WooCommerce to ensure that they’re fast, secure and most importantly easy to use. We also develop our websites so you have the capabilities of managing orders, updating products and easily editing content when you need to.

If you’re interested in getting a website built, but you’re unsure on how much it will cost, get in touch with us and we can arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements and a price estimate for you.
